  • Gluc, Chond, Vit C
    Glucosamine is a natural building block of cartilage in the body, and some animal studies have shown how it can 'normalise' cartilage metabolism and maintain healthy cartilage. Chondroitin may help cartilage to retain water and maintain its elasticity. Chondroitin is a compound called a (GAG) glycosaminoglycan, which are a component of connective tissues and synovial fluid in joints.
  • MSM
    MSM or methyl sulphonyl methane is often added to product formulations designed to maintain healthy bones and joints. It is believed to contribute sulphur molecules, which maintain the strength of cartilage, a key component in joint health.
  • Omega 3 Fish Oil
    Omega Fish Oil supplements are a good source of the fat soluble vitamins A,D and E. They also provide omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA which are essential in certain amounts. Only about 1 in 4 people currently eat enough oily fish to give the necessary levels (2-4 portions per week). Omega Fish Oils are traditionally used to promote healthy joints and circulation. Studies have suggested that the long chain fatty acids EPA and DHA have been associated with maintenance of heart health and brain (cognitive) function.
