more about the supplements & vitamins in this pack:

Below you can read more about the individual supplements within this pack and find out more about why we've put them together.

  • Co-Enzyme Q10
Co-Enzyme Q10 (Co Q10) is found in every cell within your body and is used for producing energy from your food. It also has antioxidant properties, helping to protect your body against free radical damage. It has a role in maintaining normal heart function and research is underway into other health benefits.
  • Multivitamin & Iron
This is a product formulation that contains the most common vitamins your body needs with the addition of iron. Although it contains many essential vitamins, it should still be used in conjunction with, and not as a substitute for, a balanced and varied diet.
  • Siberian Ginseng
Often bought to combat general effects of ageing, Ginseng's active ingredients are 'sapoins' or also called 'ginsenosides'. Used for thousands of years, it has been attributed with helping to maintain physical wellbeing, positive cognitive performance and lessening symptoms of tiredness amongst other things. More modern research on Ginseng is often conflicting, due to the wide variation in products and dosages.
  • Starflower Oil
Starflower Oil, like Evening Primrose Oil, is a rich source of GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) that may have an effect on regulating hormone levels. Your body also converts GLA into Prostoglandins, which regulate certain anti-inflamatory functions in cells. Traditionally it is used for joints, skin and PMS, although clinical studies in these areas have had conflicting results.
